How do you eat an elephant?

 

I know, you’d never actually eat an elephant, lol…but if you did, the only way to do it, would be…

 

One.bite.at.a.time.

 

A massive reason that most people struggle to even make it past two weeks of their New Years Resolutions, it because they bite off more than they can chew.

 

What I’ve found, is that when I put one foot in front of the other, with little tiny baby steps, I move towards my goals with leaps and bounds.

 

It’s a weird paradox, but it just works.
